After breakfast, head into the city – with a vintage Vespa scooter! If you travel by Vespa, you can explore the city in an individual way. First visit the Chinese Quarter, where you visit the fragrant flower market. You will have the opportunity to discover all the city’s major attractions, such as the Saigon Cathedral and Post Office, both designed by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel, and the Palace of Reunification. After lunch, explore Saigon on your own. But be sure to be back for dinner! Embark on a gourmet street food tour in the evening with your Vespa and experience the nightlife like a local! Today you leave Saigon and explore the mighty Mekong Delta. There is no better way to experience the river than to take a river cruise. After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to your river boat. Meet your guide on arrival and enjoy a well deserved lunch. In the afternoon, alight while cruising in villages and orchards along the river, where you can explore and visit the area. In the evening, return to your boat to refresh yourself and enjoy the sunset. A delicious dinner is served on board.

Wake up on the second day of your river cruise as you feel the waters of the Mekong flow under your cabin. Enjoy breakfast with fresh fruit and tea as you glide down the river and look out over the shores. After breakfast, you can dive into a long sampan and take a trip to the floating market of Cai Be. Discover what merchandise market vendors sell as you meander through narrow channels in your sampan. Return to shore after your trip on the water and grab your bike. Take your bike along the back roads or walk to a small village along the Mekong canals. In the afternoon drive back to Saigon. On your arrival you can relax in your hotel.

In the morning, leave your hotel for a trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a system of underground tunnels and an important base during the war. Overall, the tunnels are over 200 kilometers long and were carved entirely by hand. Explore the tunnels by diving deep into the underground system and learn about the important role of tunnels in history. In the afternoon, return to Saigon and fly to Hoian in the afternoon. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel and the rest of the day is at leisure. If you want, explore the city, relax in a café or go straight to the beach to enjoy the white sands.

Spend the day exploring peaceful Hoian and experiencing it as the locals do. Take your bike and drive to Tra Que, a nearby village. Go to their vegetable village, where you can smell the fresh vegetables while it ripens. Learn about growing vegetables from a local farmer as you learn how to make foods such as spring rolls and other local delicacies. Then, throw some vegetables into the pan while you attend a cooking class to learn how to make these delicious Vietnamese specialties yourself.

Afterwards you will continue by boat to the Bay Mau Nipa palm forest. Take a look at the houses with the low roofs from the Nipapalm as you row through the canals. Learn about the lives of farmers and fishermen in the area and take part in some of their local activities. At the end of the afternoon you will cycle back to your hotel in An Bang Beach.

Take a day to explore and relax. Treat yourself to a soothing massage in your hotel or in one of the city’s many splendid spas. You like fashion? Get bespoke dresses in the city, they can be ready for you in less than 24 hours. Discover more of Hoian, go for a delicious meal on the street, or catch a glimpse of people at one of the many riverside cafes. Hoian also offers unique decor-style restaurants. At night you will return to your hotel for a last night in Vietnam.

Today is the time to leave Vietnam. Your driver will take you to the airport in Hoian, from where you will fly to Saigon. Here you get on your plane home.
