Itinerary

Day 1
Ho Chi Minh Arrival (N/A)

Meet upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Return to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or participate in one of our exciting daily excursions in and around Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, is now the bustling and vibrant economic center of the South. Saigon was known as the “Pearl of the Far East” for centuries and was an important trading center for Chinese, Japanese, and Western merchants traveling along the Saigon River. Check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring the city. Optional: We introduce a one-of-a-kind traditional performance that can only be found in Vietnam: Water Puppet Show, in which puppets are performed on a water stage while folk music is played, telling ancient tales.

Day 2
Explore Ho Chi Minh City And Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)

Today, you will travel 55 kilometers outside of Ho Chi Minh City to the Cu Chi District, which is famous for its amazing network of underground tunnels. There are over 200 kilometers of tunnels, with a main axis system and numerous branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and other tunnels. Lunch should include traditional noodle dishes. In the afternoon, take a walking tour of the city’s most important landmarks, including the Saigon Opera House, Ho Chi Minh City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Saigon Central Post Office (all magnificent sights from the French colonial period). The famous Ben Thanh Market will be your next stop, where you can buy souvenirs for your loved ones.
Breakfast and lunch are provided.

Day 3
Visit Can Tho - The Diversity Of Mekong Delta (B,L)

The diversity of the Mekong Delta makes a visit there unforgettable. As you explore fish farms and exotic fruit farms on a long tail boat, you’ll get a firsthand look at the diversity of the Mekong waterways. You could be forgiven for thinking you’ve stepped into the pages of a geography textbook while touring the Mekong Delta’s orchards, paddy fields, and swamplands. Many visitors stay in Can Tho, the delta’s largest settlement, for a day or two to take advantage of the good hotels and restaurants and to recharge their batteries before venturing out to the nearby floating markets.
Breakfast and lunch are served. Accommodation is provided by a hotel in Can Tho.
