This full-day tour takes you around Hanoi’s most interesting sights, including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilt House, the Presidential Palace, and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby. Also on the tour will be the Lake of the Restored Sword, Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and the Ethnology Museum. You will stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi Discovery (B/L)
Have a breakfast. Depart from Hanoi to Halong Bay, you'll go on a junk boat in the harbor when you arrival. Then, you will go to a neighboring peak for a panoramic view of the bay, swim on a peaceful beach, or sunbathe on the sundeck. You will visit an unique fishing town in the late afternoon. At sunset, you may kayak or take a bamboo row boat to a water tunnel with several coral reefs in a gorgeous lagoon. You will spend the night onboard.
Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Depart from Hanoi to Hue. When you arrive at Phu Bai Airport, transfer directly to your accommodation. In the afternoon, you'll go on a city tour that includes the Citadel, the Imperial Museum and Dong Ba market. You will spend the night in Hue.
Day 5:  Hanoi - Hue (B/L)
We take a half-day walking tour through the Ancient Quarter's small winding lanes, stopping at Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year-old Tam Ky ancestral residence, and the Japanese Bridge. There will be time to shop after the tour. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoian (B/L)
You will next depart Hoi An for Danang Airport, where you will board a one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City. In the afternoon, you'll take a city tour of HCMC (Saigon), stopping at the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, and the lively Ben Thanh Market. You will spend the night in HCMC.
Day 8: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
In the morning, you will go to Tay Ninh to visit the Cao Dai temples. After lunch, you will drive to the Cu Chi tunnels. You will return to HCMC
Day 9: Cao Dai Temple - Cu Chi tunnels (B/L)
You'll fly from HCMC to luxuriant My Tho, you'll take a private boat for a delightful meal at a local restaurant in the middle of the Mekong, complete with tropical fruits. You’ll visit the VinhTrang pagoda. You then go to Can Tho, the Mekong Delta's center, for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta (B/L)
Greeting the new day and take a boat ride to the Cai Rang floating market. After sampling local fruits, our guide will accompany you back to the hotel along a network of canals. Before returning to Ho Chi Minh City for the night, you will stop for lunch at a small restaurant.
Day 11: Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
There are no activities planned for today, so use your free time souvenir shopping until your transfer to the airport for your onward trip.
Day 12: Depart Vietnam (B)
Take a private boat for a romantic cruise along the Perfume River, stopping at Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) and the elegant Minh Mang's mausoleum. Then go for Hoi An. We will travel over the Hai Van Pass, stopping in Danang to see the Cham Museum and the handicraft villages at the foot of Marble Mountain. Check in hotel and relax.
Day 6: Hue - Danang - Hoian (B/L)
You'll awaken on the bay to the sounds of breaking waves and birds greeting the new day.Have breakfast. You will return to the boat for one more look at Halong Bay before cruising back to the pier. Then you'll return to Hanoi and spend the night.
Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B)
Upon your arrival in Noi Bai Airport, our guide will greet you there and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, you will go on a private walking city tour of Hanoi to see local marketplaces and the Old Quarter. You will enjoy a water puppet show in the evening before a welcome meal at a local restaurant and an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

Upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. This is Vietnam's capital and celebrated its anniversary of 1,000 years in 2010. Historical emphasis on the arts and learning stipulates that buildings in Hanoi remain small, simple and in harmony with nature. You will have the afternoon at your leisure before an evening welcome dinner at a local restaurant and an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2: The French Colonial Style Hanoi City tour (B,L)

On day two, you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (where the preserved body of "Uncle Ho" may be viewed), his nearby house on stilts, the lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and other lesser-known museums. Following lunch at a local restaurant, you will enjoy a one-hour cyclo ride around Hanoi's Old Quarter. Then you will be transferred to a Traditional Medication Center with 120 mins Traditional Therapy including Soaking in Herbal Basin, Acupressure massage, warm herbal compress and light meal. In the late afternoon, you will enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay & overnight on Heritage Cruises ( B/L/D)

  • 8:00 – 8:30 You will be greeted at your hotel to take the new highway to Got Ferry Terminal, Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City. You will travel on the longest bridge in Southeast Asia and be greeted at our lounge before boarding.
  • 12:30 Board the Heritage Cruises boat and enjoy a welcome drink as you receive a cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in to your suite. Lunch is served at L’Indochine Restaurant.
  • 12:40 Cruise to Da Chong islet, where you can see a heritage lighthouse built by the French more than 100 years ago. After lunch, cruise to Gia Luan Lagoon where limestone karst formations rise out of the sea. This quiet bay is untouched and remote, as not many cruise ships visit.
  • 15:30 The cruise vessel approaches the Ba Trai Dao or Three Peach beaches in Lan Ha Bay, a natural frontier between the provinces of Halong and Haiphong. This secret hideaway has beaches, caves, and coves, plus the spectacular natural beauty of about 400 islands. Guests can try kayaking or simply swim in the clear waters of the bay.
  • 17:30 Back on Heritage Cruises, enjoy life aboard the vessel or in your suite, and with a cocktail in hand watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.
  • 18:30 Activities include afternoon tea and the chef will lead a Vietnamese cookery class.
  • 19:30 A memorable dining experience will be offered at the restaurant, with local food in an intimate and romantic setting.
  • 21:30 Enjoy evening views of the bay at the bar on the top deck. Try your hand squid fishing. The bars are open until late.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi ( Brunch)

  • 6:15 Start the day with a session of Vovinam on the sundeck,
  • 6:45 The guests will enjoy a light breakfast on board.
  • 7:15 Head off in a bamboo boat to explore the Dark and Bright Cave
  • 9:00-9:30 Return to the ship for checkout.
  • 10:00 Enjoy brunch while cruising back to harbor.
  • 11:00 Return to Got Harbour and relax at our lounge while your transportation arrives.
  • 12:10 Departure to Hanoi
  • 14:00 Approximate time of arrival in Hanoi, and drop-off at your hotel.

Day 5: Hanoi – Hue – 3 days Detox Journey(B, D)

  • This morning, you will take the morning flight to Hue.
