If the Halong Bay Management Board cancels due to bad weather, policies depend on timing: full refund before departure from Hanoi if no services are used; during the trip, used services (e.g., transfers, meals) are charged, with the remainder refunded. If a 2-night trip is reduced to 1 night, guests pay for a 2-day/1-night trip plus used services, with the rest refunded. Final costs are confirmed by your consultant via email.
