0800-08:30 Pick up from your place of accommodation in Chiang Mai. Drive approximately 1.5 hours south of Chiang Mai through rolling hills, forest, and picturesque farmland. Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and complete the necessary registration forms. Listen to an introductory educational talk and learn about elephant anatomy and behavior, as well as the history and cultural significance of elephants in Thailand. Meet the elephants and their dedicated caretakers (mahouts). Learn each of the elephants' names, stories, and personalities as you interact with them in an ethical way. Join our mahouts as they prepare food for the elephants, then enjoy feeding them. Eat a delicious lunch of traditional Thai food and fresh seasonal fruit. Observe the elephants as they roam and forage freely throughout their environment. Learn how to prepare natural nutritional supplements for elephants and feed them by hand. Bathe with the elephants as they swim, and join them for a therapeutic mud 'spa,' helping to apply a protective and rejuvenating layer of mud to their skin. Dry off, change clothes, and say goodbye to the elephants before departing from Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai. Drive a short distance from the Sanctuary to engage in a unique cultural handicraft experience. Travel to your place of accommodation for the night and check in to your room in gorgeous resort-style lodgings surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. Relax or explore the area before enjoying a delicious dinner.
07:00 - 08:00: Awaken in beautiful jungle surroundings and prepare to begin the second day of your once-in-a-lifetime experience! Enjoy a breakfast of fresh, locally sourced organic foods. Journey to nearby farmland and assist EJS staff to cut grass. Travel to one of our Sanctuary locations and help feed the freshly-prepared grass to the elephants there. Visit another EJS location, where you can meet, feed, and observe elephants in a natural environment. Travel to a beautiful local waterfall. Swim, take photos, explore, or simply relax. Enjoy a nutritious lunch with a scenic waterfall view. Depart from the waterfall and return to your place of accommodation in Chiang Mai. * Please note: At Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants. Therefore, there is no formal schedule and aside from pick-up times, the times shown here are approximations. Furthermore, certain activities are dependent on seasonal availability and may be subject to change. Thus, the itinerary above should be used as an illustrative guide only.

You can amend your booking when the confirmation is made. Just contact us at [email protected] with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly. The extra expense may occurred will be informed to you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.
NON REFUNDABLE deposit of US$ 100 per person upon the packages tours services confirmation will be applied. Cancellations will be charged as follow: o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any. o 44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any. o 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any. o 14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any. o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.
Metta Voyage Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Metta Voyage Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
