Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to the exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting in the lobby, holding the Affordable Luxury Travel signboard with your name on it, if you cannot locate your driver, please go to the Airport information counter situated in the middle of Domestic and International arrival lobby (inside the terminal) and call the emergency numbers (+84) 917678037 for assistance. Your driver will come to meet you up and transfer you to a hotel and free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Breakfast at the hotel. After getting picked up, we will transfer to a local market to buy the fresh ingredients for the cooking class. It's also time to learn the basics of Vietnamese shopping culture and Vietnamese ingredient use/mixing styles. With the ingredients ready, let's learn how to cook the 4 most iconic Vietnamese dishes that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi. A professional cooking instructor will guide you through the cooking process, making sure you have hands-on experience in our cooking class. Please specify if you have any special requests/food allergies/ dietary restrictions so that we can adjust an appropriate menu. The cooking is organized in a nice local villa with a beautiful garden and lots of green trees and flowers. Let's enjoy relaxing and chill moments! As the dishes are ready to be served, it's time for you to enjoy the work of your labor (with our free & unlimited Vietnamese wine tasting, herbal teas, coffee, mineral water, and free 1 beer or 1 soft drink).

Dessert Ca Phe Trung - Egg Coffee (or Chocolate) Egg yolks, condensed milk, and honey, all together in a creamy custard floating on Vietnamese black coffee/ chocolate (or another dessert for vegans)
Today, depart from Hanoi for a 2.5-hour drive to Tuan Chau harbor via the new highway. You will be welcomed aboard and set sail through the bay while lunch is served. You will pass through the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth. After lunch, you will take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails, and then go swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. Later in the afternoon, you will visit an interesting fishing village with the opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. Back on board, you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. Later, you will unwind at a lavish dinner before an overnight stay on the deluxe junk. Overnight on cruise.
Greet the day with a morning tai chi session, with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, you will visit a beautiful limestone grotto and then go back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. Checkout is at 11:45 am and the boat arrives at the harbor by noon for the drive back to Hanoi airport for your onward flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel. Overnight in Danang.
Our local guide will meet you at the hotel lobby. Take a bicycle trip to the lantern-making workshop where the ancient values of a traditional lantern are preserved. Listen to a brief introduction of the Hoi and Lantern history. Make your lantern under the instruction of a craftsman and keep yours as a souvenir.
Arrival at Thanh Dong organic farm - a 10,000 sqm organic garden supporting 11 local families. We will take a short stroll around the vegetable garden while listening to the life-changing story of the farmers since they have been approached by an organic method of cultivating herbs.
Afterward, we join the farmers to do some gardening activities like preparing and applying organic manure to the land, raking the ground, sowing herb seeds, and watering or picking vegetables.Â
Then, we left the farm to take the basketboat ride along the Do River to The Field Restaurant. You may enjoy the beautiful scenery or fishing life of local villagers on the way there.Â
Before getting back to the hotel, we will enjoy a short cooking class and have a Vietnamese family-style lunch.Â

Today you will enjoy a half-day private excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels. The Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200 km of underground tunnels, connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels including innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens. Today, the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life was like during the U.S.-Vietnam War. You will be able to discover the tunnel systems and learn about this part of Vietnam's past. Afternoon is free at leisure. Overnight in Hochiminh.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

o  44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.Â
o   30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.Â
o  14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.Â
o  Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.Â
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.

Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Metta Voyage Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.Â
Metta Voyage Co., ltd strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
