Serene Spa might be the best spa & massage ever. In the midst of the restaurants, scooters, and visitors in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, only five minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and Night Market street., this spa offers agreat experience. The staff was incredibly gracious and welcoming.

You can get a 30-minute foot massage, and your feet and legs will feel great afterward. Before you enter for the massage, they also offer you tea and a few tiny appetizers. Everything from the setting, the smells, the music, and the talent—made me feel incredibly at ease. While you want to return, we’ll be suggesting this spa to every one of our friends and family who are looking for a reputable spa and massage in Hanoi.

4. Spas Hanoi

Despite being just a year old, mid-range and low-budget travelers seeking a quick remedy for back pain or foot care have been raving about Spas Hanoi.

The spa is situated at 18 Hang Manh, directly across from the fabled bun-cha (rice noodles with a barbecued pig), a well-known Hanoi delicacy. Although the cost is cheaper than that of other well-known spas, the quality is in no way diminished.

Come and expand your experiences at this spa – a gateway to inspire your mind, body, and spirit.

5. Le Spa du Metropole

Le Spa, which is a part of the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, was recognized in 2011 as one of the top urban spas in Asia. The Le Spa’s design is a classic example of French flair, living up to its renown. The spa uses Ytsara products, a brand that is exclusive to 5-star hotels and luxury spa systems in Asia.

You can unwind completely with a space of up to 400m2 that is divided into various zones. The seven unique special care techniques used exclusively at Le Spa Du Metropole are another unique feature of this spa.

6. SF Massage

  • Phone:  (+84) 24 3926 2032 or (+84) 24 3747 5301
  • Price: 499.000 VND/pax

The SF Spa in Cua Dong’s lobby and waiting area are warmly lit and inviting. The facility is clean and secure, with individual lockers for valuables, and the treatments are administered by experienced staff in large, private rooms. On Cau Go Lane, slightly to the north of the lake, there is a second site. Keep an eye out for pamphlets around town because they occasionally contain a unique offer.

Expect to pay at least 400,000 VND for slightly more opulent surroundings—your own room, for instance. Although the atmosphere may be more to your liking and the menu may be more varied, the massage won’t necessarily be any better.

7.  La Siesta Spa

  • Location: 94 Ma May, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Phone: +84 24 3929 0011 or +84 24 3929 0055
  • Price: 600.000 VND/pax

The Hanoi Elegance Hotel and La Siesta Hotel both have La Siesta locations inside of them. Although we haven’t been, we’ve heard great things about the service and the massage. It’s a touch pricier than our other two mid-price options but still comes in at around a million VND for an hour.

After touring the city of Vietnam or spending a few hours away from a dreary day, getting a spa and massage in Hanoi is undoubtedly one of the interesting things to do in Hanoi at night.
