From prices are those shown on each tour page on 26 October 2026: per person for the whole tour, based on 2 travellers sharing a room in 4★ hotels; international flights are not included. Hotel level, season, dates and group size change the price, and your final price is confirmed in your tailor-made quote.

All tours are private and flexible: we move temple visits to the cooler early morning, add a sunrise at Angkor Wat or a quiet afternoon at your hotel pool, and can include Battambang, the Kampot coast or the Mekong at Kratie, where wild Irrawaddy dolphins can be watched from a small boat.

What we arrange on the ground in Cambodia

  • Licensed Angkor guides. A private guide licensed to work at Angkor, who plans the temple order to avoid the crowds – Ta Prohm early, Banteay Srei before the tour buses, Angkor Wat when the light is best.
  • Your own car and driver for every transfer and temple day, with cold water and towels in the car.
  • Hotels chosen for comfort. 4★ as standard, with 5★ options such as Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Siem Reap and Rosewood Phnom Penh.
  • Respectful experiences. A Tonle Sap village visit with a local boat, a blessing at a pagoda, a Khmer cooking class. We do not include animal shows or animal rides.
  • Flights and borders. Flights between Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, the Mekong river route from Saigon to Phnom Penh, and the right visa for each entry point.

How many days in Cambodia?

How we plan Cambodia by length
DaysWhat fitsExample
2–3 daysSiem Reap and the main Angkor temples (Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm) plus Banteay Srei3-day Siem Reap Classic
4 daysAngkor at an easy pace plus the Tonle Sap lakeAngkor and the Tonle Sap
5–6 daysPhnom Penh (Royal Palace, National Museum, Tuol Sleng) and Siem ReapSiem Reap and Phnom Penh
8–14 daysCambodia with southern or all of Vietnam, often by river from SaigonVietnam and Cambodia in 10 days

Three full days at Angkor is the sweet spot for most travellers: the big three temples on day one, the outer temples and Banteay Srei on day two, and a sunrise, a rest and the Tonle Sap on day three. November to March is dry and the most comfortable; April and May are very hot; June to October is the green season, with short afternoon rains and fewer visitors.

Angkor Pass, visas and getting there

  • Angkor Pass prices set by Angkor Enterprise, the official ticket office: US$37 for one day, US$62 for three days (valid for 7 days) and US$72 for seven days (valid for 30 days). Buy it at the official ticket office or online, never from touts.
  • Visa: most nationalities need a Cambodian visa. The official e-visa (evisa.gov.kh) costs US$30, but it is not accepted at every border – for example not at the Mekong river crossing from Vietnam. See our Cambodia visa guide.
  • Flights: Siem Reap Angkor International Airport is about an hour’s drive from town. There are direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi; Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh is about an hour. Thailand–Cambodia land borders are currently closed, so we connect Bangkok by air.
  • Tourism information: Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia.
