Private tour with your own private guide in your language (outside Vietnam subject to availability) · 12 days / 11 nights · Hanoi – Halong Bay – Da Nang – Hoi An – Singapore – Gardens by the Bay – Chinatown – Little India – Night Safari – Sentosa
This private Vietnam and Singapore tour links two very different sides of Asia. You start with Hanoi's Old Quarter and an overnight cruise on Halong Bay, slow down for four nights in Hoi An, then fly direct from Da Nang to Singapore for four days of gardens, food and city lights.
In Vietnam you travel with our own team from Hanoi; in Singapore with a private local guide and driver we work with. One contact plans and follows the whole journey, and the flights between the two countries are booked with your quote.
Easy to moderate. Two short flights (Hanoi to Da Nang, Da Nang to Singapore) and one drive of about two and a half hours to Halong Bay; walking is light and on flat ground. Suitable for couples, older travelers and families with children over 10.
In Vietnam you stay at Hotel du Parc Hanoi (5★) or Silk Path Hotel Hanoi (4★), on a 5★ overnight cruise such as Paradise Elegance on Halong Bay, and at Allegro Hoi An (4★), or similar. In Singapore you stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering (5★) or Carlton Hotel Singapore (4★), or similar, both within walking distance of Chinatown or the Civic District and a short ride from Marina Bay.
November to April is a good time for this route: dry and mild in Hanoi, with Hoi An at its best from February to August. Central Vietnam can be rainy from October to December, when we suggest more time in Hanoi or Singapore. Singapore is warm all year, with short tropical showers.
Your guide and driver are yours alone for the whole trip, so the pace, the stops and the start time each morning follow you. Your private guide speaks your language: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese or Vietnamese (Vietnam: on request; Singapore, Malaysia and Bali: subject to availability).
