Hanoi, located on the banks of the Red River, is one of the most ancient capitals in the world, where travelers can find well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas, temples, and unique museums within the city center. Your journey on the Nothern Vietnam tour will begin in this charming city. 9.15: am: Ho Chi Minh complex Visiting the Ho Chi Minh complex which consists of the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the presidential palace, and Uncle Ho’s house on stilts – where He lived and worked from 1954 to 1969) to learn more about the life of the Vietnamese hero through artifacts and tour guide’s stories. On Monday and Friday morning Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and museum are closed, instead of by the Vietnamese women museum. All clients should not wear short clothing to come into the mausoleum. 10h00: Vietnam Museum of Ethnology Undoubtedly, this is the most exciting and Must-see museum in Ha Noi. The museum has an indoor and outdoor section, while the in-house displays evidence of Vietnamese ethnicity about the festival and daily and spiritual life. The outdoors displays numerous houses modeled after the traditional architecture of ethnic minorities and holds many activities that make the museum stand out from the rest. Shortly, this is a fascinating and informative place for those who want to learn about the culture and traditions of Vietnam. 8h- 8h30: Our tour guide will pick you up at the hotel’s lobby, then depart for Ninh Binh province. 10h30: You will visit Mua Caves - The cave brings you one of the best panoramic views of one of the nicest sceneries in Viet Nam- that’s Ninh Binh - which is known as a wonder of the world, the Telegraph from the UK said “It’s an area known locally as Vietnam’s ‘Inland Halong Bay’” or Mua Cave – The Vietnamese “Great Wall of China” 14h00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An area has two main types of ecosystems: limestone mountains ecosystems and aquatic ecosystems. The biological diversity of the communities is a major factor that constitutes these two ecosystems. The natural environment is diverse and harmonious with creatures, mountains, caves, and water bodies exuding the beauty of the young blue water mixed into a rare area rare in the world. Trang An has more than 310 types of rare and precious plants such as limestone, milk, slices, grind, orchid, nostalgia, honeysuckle, juniper, lettuce, etc. Trang An has many rare and precious bird species such as chamois, leopard, and phoenix. IVHanoi – Halong Bay - Stay on cruise (B/L/D) shuttle bus / guide on board

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by shuttle bus to Ha Long Bay through the extensive landscapes of the Red River Delta. Arrival at Ha Long Bay around lunch. You’ll be warmly welcomed by Cruises receptionists at the International Tuan Chau harbor. Enjoy lunch in the restaurant. Check in to rest in the room or get on the cruise's roof to relax, savor the scenery, and hunt for beautiful photos of Ha Long Bay. Deposit of 30% of the total of tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The full prepayment will need to be made 45 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

Booking Amendment

You can amend your booking when the confirmation is made. Just contact us at [email protected] with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly. The extra expense may occurred will be informed to you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking; the balance is due 45 days before departure (bookings made within 45 days of departure are paid in full). A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit charge of US$100 per person applies upon confirmation of the package tour services: this is the amount retained if you cancel 45 days or more before arrival (plus any supplier cancellation fees), not the whole 30% deposit.

Cancellations will be charged as follow:

o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.

*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.

Refund of Unused Services during traveling:

+ No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.

Liability

Metta Voyage Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Metta Voyage Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

Passport and Entry Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.

Metta Voyage Co., ltd strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
