Payment options
No payment until you approve your itinerary. Then a 30% deposit, and the balance 45 days before arrival, by card or by local bank transfer in your own currency.
You pay nothing until your itinerary and price are confirmed in writing. After confirmation you pay a 30% deposit, and the balance 45 days before arrival (bookings made less than 45 days ahead are paid in full).
You can pay by card through OnePay, with a 3.5% card processing fee, or by bank transfer to a Metta Voyage company account in your own country and currency, with no fee from us. Account numbers are sent with your invoice or booking confirmation page.

Pay into our company account in your currency: EUR (SEPA), GBP, USD in the United States (ACH or wire), AUD, NZD, CAD, ILS, AED, HKD, SGD, MXN, IDR, ZAR or VND. It arrives like a domestic transfer, so there is usually no international bank charge. Your own bank may still charge its usual fee.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB or UnionPay on OnePay’s secure page. A 3.5% card processing fee is added to the amount paid by card and shown before you pay. The card is charged in VND at the Vietcombank rate of the day, so your statement may show a small currency difference.
From any country, a USD transfer to our company account at ACB in Vietnam. Please write “Payment for package tour” and your booking reference in the transfer description.
Every account below is in the name of the company. We list banks here, not account numbers: those come with your invoice or on your booking confirmation page.

All accounts are in the name of the company Metta Voyage. Account numbers are sent with your invoice or booking confirmation page, never in chats from unknown numbers; please confirm them with us by phone or WhatsApp before your first transfer.
Tour prices on this site are in US dollars. Next to a price you may see an approximate amount in your currency (for example “≈ £1,150”). It uses the Vietcombank selling rate, refreshed every 30 minutes (other currencies cross-converted with European Central Bank reference rates; AED at the UAE Central Bank peg), plus a 2% margin so you never pay more than shown. The amount in your quote is the binding one.
Cancellation charges follow our Terms and Conditions and your booking confirmation:

In US dollars, or in the currency of one of our 14 company accounts: EUR, GBP, USD (US), AUD, NZD, CAD, ILS, AED, HKD, SGD, MXN, IDR, ZAR and VND. Send the equivalent of the USD amount on your invoice; we confirm the exact figure at the rate of the day.
We add no fee for bank transfers. With a local account in your country, the payment is a domestic transfer, so international charges usually do not apply; your bank may still charge its normal fee.
It covers the processing cost charged by the card gateway OnePay. It is shown as a separate line before you pay. Bank transfer has no fee.

30% at confirmation and the balance 45 days before arrival. If you book less than 45 days ahead, the full amount is due at confirmation.
