Noon – We will pick you up at the airport, and go to the hotel in Hanoi center to check in. Check-in hotel at 2.00 PM in Hanoi Relaxing for 2 hours at the hotel Spend the half-day exploring Hanoi Food Tour:
4.45 PM: First, we stop at a store in Dinh Tien Hoan - Hoan Kiem Lake to enjoy Nom Bo Kho
5.30 PM: We move to Hang Be market to enjoy some food and learn about the dishes sold here. This is a food street, so when you arrive, you will find it impossible to take your eyes off.
6:00 PM: Walking to Ta Hien Street, which is the most bustling nightlife in Hanoi. And you will enjoy a cold beer and heart-melting sidewalk dishes such as french fries, cheese sticks, delicious honey-grilled quail,...
6:30 PM: Leaving Ta Hien Street and moving to Hang Buom food street, which is likened to a modern miniature Hanoi, is busy and crowded, which is famous for boiled snails, fried snails, quail over sticky rice, or refreshments such as "Che",... where you can enjoy anything

Cooking class in the morning in Hanoi: We will pick you up at the hotel, and move to the cooking class center Meet the chef - who guides you throughout the lesson. They will take you to the local market, to observe what people usually buy to cook. The chef will explain the exotic ingredients found only in Vietnam and why they are needed. Find out what to use during the cooking class. After exploring the local market, go back to the cooking class and learn about the dishes featured in every Vietnamese meal.
Explore Hanoi City in the afternoon .We will pick you up at 2 PM to explore Hanoi Visiting famous places in Hanoi like the Temple of Literature - where often students come to pray for good luck before a big exam. Next, we move to Quan Thanh Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, and experience going around West Lake. Then we go to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, visit Ngoc Son Temple, and The Huc Bridge. Sit on a cyclo to explore the old quarter Going to see the water puppet show - one of the beauties of Vietnamese culture Take you back to the hotel to rest
We will pick you up at the hotel, then we will go to Halong Bay, a 4 hours drive from Hanoi.
12.00 – 12.30: Tuan Chau wharf Arrival, then transfer to Ha Long cruise

13.30 – 14.30: During the cruise to the caves, guests can enjoy a buffet lunch and admire the natural scenery of the World Cultural Heritage.

16.00 – 16.45: Back on the cruise, relaxing, and sipping a glass of wine

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

Cancellations will be charged as follow:
o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.
Metta Voyage Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Metta Voyage Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.
Metta Voyage Co., ltd strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
