Indochine Cruise, certain to be the most luxurious cruiser on Lan Ha bay, this new member of the Indochina Sails family will comprise of forty-three and light luxury cabins in across four categories: Junior Suite, Suite, Executive Suite and President Suite. Each cabin is constructed out of rich oak, with high windows and private balconies so that guests can make the most of the incredible views. Designed by passengers, one that encapsulates the artistic period of Vietnamese history throughout its evocative colonial era.
Trips are organized to fishing villages, private tours to remote islands are popular, spa services operate daily, and kayaking is available through caves in search of secluded beaches
The 2-day cruise also takes you to Bat cave which you can explore by rowing boat and Cat Ba Island where you can visit the Viet Hai Village by bicycle through the rainforest. In your visit to Cat Ba Island, you will have the opportunity to either go on a guided bike tour or discover Trung Trang Cave, the most beautiful natural stalagmite and stalactite cave formed more than 2,000 years ago.
Itineraries vary slightly depending on the package and length of cruise (including two days one night, three days two nights, and chartered upon request), however, each has been designed to maximize customer experience.
On-board activities from films to board games are also available to keep guests entertained into the evening
08:30: The cruise’s Shuttle Bus pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer 2,5 hours to Halong Bay.
12.00 Guests are transferred by speedboat/tender from Indochina Sails’ Tuan Chau Pier to Indochine Cruise - enjoy welcome drink, listen cruise briefing and safety instructions.
13.15 – 14.00 Passengers enjoy the International Buffet Lunch.
Massage service is available after lunch and throughout the cruise. Please book in advance with your Cruise Manager.
14.45 – 16.30 The crew take passengers visit the Dark and Bright (also known as Bat Cave) grotto is not only known for the stunning limestone structure at every turn but also for the interesting natural habitat. The best way to explore this cave is doing kayaking or bamboo sampan drive by local people through the tunnel so you will spend mostly your time relaxing and enjoy the quiet and natural place (This is the UNESCO Heritage site and also the nature reserve area of Cat Ba National Park)
17.30 Depart and sail to anchor overnight.
18.30 – 19.00 Attend the Cooking Demonstration led by our Head Chef. During the lesson, the chef showing the guests how we decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese foods.
19.30 Set Menu Dinner is served.
20.45 Evening activities. Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available, as well as massage service (massage service is available throughout the cruise). Also, everyone
can try their luck at Squid fishing on the boat with help from the crew.
22.00 End of Program for Day 1.
06.30 Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room.
06.45 Enjoy Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.
07.15 – 08.45 The crew take passengers visit the Trung Trang Cave known locally as "gold treasure" with many unique things. Discovering the Trung Trang Cave makes visitors very excited, feeling like they are lost in heaven in the ground.
09.00 Return to the Indochine Cruise. Guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please collect all of your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins.
09.30 Enjoy the breakfast buffet in the dining room, consisting of both Vietnamese and international dishes. Bills are settled after breakfast.
We approach the harbor while we cruise, giving you the opportunity to soak up the last of the magical atmosphere of Lan Ha from the sundeck.
11.00 Arrive at Indochina Sails’ Pier at Tuan Chau Port.
The Cruise’s Shuttle Bus will pick you up and transfer you back to Hanoi.
Deposit of 20% of the total of tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The full prepayment will need to be made 45 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

+ Children under 2 years old are free of charge for land services, only charge fee from airlines if have.
+ Children from 2-6 years old: 50% of adult price, or quote case by case

NON REFUNDABLE deposit of US$ 100 per person upon the packages tours services confirmation will be applied.
Cancellations will be charged as follow:
o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.
*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.
Metta Voyage Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Metta Voyage Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.
Metta Voyage Co., ltd strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
