Good Service!

Good Service!

The Sofitel in Siem Reap is an absolute retreat. From the moment you enter the lobby and are greeted by hotel staff that are genuinely glad to welcome your arrival, to all of the staff in every corner of the property to assist you with towels by the pool or carrying your shopping bags to your room. The wide variety of cocktails in the bar are beautifully presented and the roomy club chairs are a comfy stop after a warm day touring the temple sets in the area. Our room had a nice balcony and great AC. The bathroom had both a good size bathtub and a separate shower, which was well appointed with French toiletries and lush towels. The pool was definitely “resort” style and the spa services were superb. The Citadel restaurant had a great selection of both continental and oriental food selections. I could continue on about so many other little pleasures of this hotel and the outstanding staff and services, I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel and my 3 night stay. Bravo!” reviewed on Tripadvisor platform!
